A person interested in purchasing a property at the tax sale may be required to present a written statement from the County Tax Assessor-Collector stating they do not owe delinquent taxes to the County, school districts or cities in the County. All properties are only available for sale at a tax sale conducted at the Eastland County Courthouse, there will be no open or sealed bids accepted.
